Order are generally processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. During holidays, special promotions, launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Available shipping methods, rules, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout whenever available. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you discover an address error. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.

If your package arrives damages, please keep the original packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can assis you.

If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
